Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of data connected to Latamlink LLC through Meta-connected services, including Facebook Login, WhatsApp Business integrations, and related app activity.

Remove our app from your Meta account

If you connected a Meta account to one of our services and want to remove that connection, you can do it directly from your Facebook settings:

  1. Log in to Facebook and open Settings & privacy, then Settings.
  2. Open Apps and Websites.
  3. Find the app name connected to Latamlink LLC.
  4. Click Remove and confirm.

This disconnects the app from your Meta account and stops new data sharing through that connection.

Request deletion of data stored by Latamlink LLC

If you want us to delete account data or communication records associated with your use of our platform, email us at support@latamlinkus.com from the email address tied to your account and use the subject line Data Deletion Request.

Please include any details that help us identify your record, such as:

What happens after a deletion request

We will review your request and remove data that we are not required to keep. Some information may need to be retained for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, billing, or compliance reasons. If that applies, we will keep only the minimum records required and stop using them for active service delivery.
